Board Of Directors
CO FOUNDER & DIRECTOR OF COMUNICATIONS
Frank Noto
Frank Noto is a co-founder and board member of Stop Crime SF and Stop Crime Action. He also serves on his neighborhood association board and a community foundation. He began his community service advocating for civil rights at the age of 14 in support of the Rumsford Fair Housing Act. A native Californian, he moved to San Francisco after overseas service as an Army officer. He then began a professional career in community organizing and public opinion research. Frank doesn’t change his loyalties easily. The son of a Brooklyn native, he grew up idolizing Jackie Robinson and Roy Campanella, and remains a Dodger fan after almost 50 years in Giants’ land. He is passionate about public safety, creating housing for everyone, public policy, and family, not necessarily in that order. He and wife Mary live 20 yards away from Willie Mays’ former house.
Hatun Noguera
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Hatun Noguera has served on several Boards of Directors, including as president of the Coalition for SF Neighborhoods (CSFN) and vice president of the Miraloma Park Improvement Club (MPIC). He was a volunteer Guardian ad Litem in San Francisco for eight years, advocating for youths in the foster care system. Hatun also fostered two teenage boys who had faced abuse and homelessness for being gay. An equality activist, Hatun co-edited two pro-affirming LGBT books and worked for the cause in both the U.S. and London. His public service has been recognized with certificates from the SF Board of Supervisors, Hon. Gavin Newsom, and others.

He is gracious & happy and respects the opportunities we have living in this country after experiencing many places. Everest’s ability to focus on important tasks and get things to the finish line is clear. If you want to meet a disciplined person…you must meet Everest.
